My Green Beauty Makeup Bag

disclosure

I want to talk to you about my passion, green beauty and makeup.  I thought I’d take a photo of what’s in my makeup bag and talk you through it.  However, I wasn’t expecting just how many products were in my makeup bag so instead, I’m going to tell you my top five things for today.

top 5 green beauty makeup products

SoulTree Ayurvedic Eye Kajal

SoulTree eye kajal

I have this in the shade Pure Black and Rich Loam (the one I’ve photographed in Rich Loam, which is a dark brown colour).  They’re brilliant eyeliners (or kajas, as they’re actually called).  I find this one doesn’t smudge and lasts all day.  It’s super forgiving to apply, you don’t have to be precise because it blends beautifully in with a brush.  You can buy it from LoveLula but they aren’t in stock at the moment but they’re also on Amazon here.

Inika Living Colour Lipstick – Spring Bloom

Inika Living Colour Lipstick - Spring Bloom

This lipstick is really hydrating and nourishing because it contains Certified Organic Avocado and Shea Butter.  It’s a really long-lasting formula and it’s a lovely neutral shade which is close to my natural lip colour. It really just enhances my lips.  I love the case too as it has a magnetic closure so it doesn’t come open in my makeup bag.

Madara Skin Equal Soft Glow Foundation

Madara Skin Equal Soft Glow Foundation - #20 Ivory review

This is easily one of my favourite ever green beauty discoveries.  It is hands down, the best foundation on my market, in my opinion.  The foundation has an SPF of 15 and comes in 10 different shades.  It’s Eco-Cert (certified organic), nut-free, gluten-free, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.  It looks really natural on and I’m happy with the finish it gives.  It’s the best foundation I’ve found so far.  It doesn’t sit in your pores and blends in beautifully.  You can buy it from here.

Ere Perez Carrot Colour Pot – Happy

Ere Perez Carrot Colour Pot - Happy review

This is a highly pigmented multipurpose product.  It looks great on your lips and your cheeks.  Apply with a finger, you don’t even need a brush!  This actually comes in 5 different shades but Happy is my favourite.  You can buy this from here.

Emani Trio Eye Colour Feeling Blessed

Emani Trio Eye Colour Feeling Blessed review

This is my favourite go-to eyeshadow palette.  It’s a trio of neutrals that always looks great.  It can be worn as a neutral day look or you can ramp it up for an evening going out look.  Each colour is really pigmented and they blend beautifully.  You can buy these from here.
